Thank you for reaching us. I checked the account details and it seems you are using the older version  of SMS Magic Interact that is ##. 

 

To be able to use the SMS Magic Interact application in collaboration with Cirrus Insight Inbox App, you need to upgrade the SMS Magic interact version from 1.41 to version 1.44.2.

 

To do so, please follow the below steps:

Visit the Customer Portal>Select the option "Sign In With SalesForce", once logged in,>Select the option "Get Started" (from top left-hand side)>Click on "Install">Now, select the option "Click Here To Install SMS Magic".

 

Once the installation is completed, you can test it out and let us know if you are facing any problem.
