If you have configured a Campaign and you are unable to pull any of the assigned members while sending SMS, there is a possibility that either:
- The recipient's contact number is missing
- You are looking for the contact number in the wrong field
Please check the button code for the "Run SMS Campaign" button on the Campaign object and check the field name used for fetching mobile numbers for Leads and Contacts.
For example, in the above screenshot, the mobile numbers have been pulled from the "MobilePhone" field for both the Leads and Contacts. Once you make a note of this, just check if you have mobile numbers stored in these fields on all the participating Campaign members.
If you have contact numbers available and still the SMS are not getting sent, please check if the profile has Field Accessibility for the same.
