To set up Campaigns, please follow the below steps:


Step 1: Select Campaigns object and click on the "New" button.



Step 2: Once clicked on the "New" button, please fill out the appropriate campaign details and save them.



Step 3: Once you save the newly created campaign, the details of the same will appear as shown below:



Step 4: Now, you can go ahead and add members to the campaign (i.e Contact and Leads only). To do so, please click on the Manage Members button and from the drop-down please select option "Add Members - Search". Refer below screenshot:



Step 5: Depending on the filter criteria, the Contacts and Leads can be searched and then added to the campaign with the help of the button "Add With Status":



Step 6: Total number of campaign member of Contacts and Leads will be visible (as shown below) once they are added to the campaign:



Step 7: Once all the members to the campaigns are added successfully, you can go ahead and run the campaign by clicking on the "Run SMS Campaign" button.



Step 8: Once you click on the "Run SMS campaign" Button, you can select the appropriate templates for leads and contacts and select the appropriate details and click on "Run Campaign" button to send out SMS via campaigns.
