I would like to inform you that in order to give access to SMS Magic objects to your customer portal users, you will have to make the objects available for the customer portal. You can grant access to SMS Magic objects for customer portal by following these steps:

1. Click on Setup | Create | Objects.

2. Select SMS Magic object which you want to be accessible to your Customer Portal Users.

3. Click on Edit on the Object.

4. Check the permission "Available for Customer Portal" on the Object.

5. Click on Save.


Once you have made the object accessible in the portal, you will have to follow these steps to add the tabs in the customer portal:

1. Click on Setup | Customer Portal | Customer Portal Settings.

2. Click on the name of the customer portal to which you want to add these tabs.

3. Click "Customize Portal Tabs" button.

4. Select the tabs that you want to add to the portal.

5. Click on Save.

Once, you have added the buttons to the portal, check if the portal user has access to these objects and their related fields.
